I’ll come to your Bay Area workplace, business, community event, or birthday party (or we can use Hipline Dance & Fitness Studio).

My standard class is 45 to 60 minutes of fun, low-impact, follow-along routines to an empowering and eclectic playlist, exploring a variety of dance styles in a judgement-free, accessibility-oriented atmosphere. I have sturdy chairs available for a seated option.

Workshops can be customized to fit your participants, the length of time, and your desired vibe. We can do themes, and even custom choreography.
